According to published reports, Ja Rule will
be the latest hip-hop artist to launch his own clothing line. The 26 year old
rapper/actor/singer/songwriter will launch "Mogul," a clothing line
Rule described as "high end, street apparel."
Rule says that Mogul will appeal to everyone.
He plans on launching a big womens/mens division of the line as well. There
is no launch date for the clothing line, as Rule is still sampling materials
and designs.
JA Rule is preparing to release his latest album,
The Last Temptation. Rule can currently be seen aside Kurupt and Steven
Seagal in the action flick, "Half Past Dead." The movie, which opened
in Theaters November 15th, brought in $8.2 million in box office receipts.
The movie faced stiff competition from Eminem’s
"8 Mile," which raked in $21.3 million over the weekend, while "Harry
Potter and the Chamber of Secrets," the second installment in the Harry
Potter franchise took in a whopping $87.7 million, the third-best debut weekend
ever.
