(AllHipHop News) Fans of Young Jeezy are mourning the rapper’s career on Twitter today.
Jeezy hit the social media platform, to reveal he would release one more album and then he is calling it quits.
“As the Cold Summer tour comes to a end..It was inspiring seeing my day one fans since my first album & class TM 101 come out every night. Now class is coming to a end. It’s time for Graduation,” Jeezy tweeted.
The Atlanta rap legend then told his followers that his next album will be his last.
“My Last Album & Final Class: TM104 -#TrustYaProcess,” Jeezy wrote.
Jeezy’s major label debut Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 was the inaugural release in his Thug Motivation series of albums and it opened at #2 on the charts and eventually went platinum.
His next album The Inspiration: Thug Motivation 102 hit #1 upon its release in December of 2006 and is certified platinum, selling over 1 million copies.
TM 103: Hustlerz Ambition dropped in December of 2011 and landed at #3 on the US Billboard 200, and has since moved over 500,000 copies, earning a gold certification.
The trio of albums produce a number of hits for Jeezy, including “Go Crazy,” “I Luv It,” “Go Getta” (featuring R. Kelly), ‘I Do” and others.
Jeezy said he plans to remain involved in Avion’s growth until at least 2020.
Regardless, Jeezy’s fans were not too happy that he is planning on recording his “last” album.
