(AllHipHop News) Three more stars are giving back to the community as part of Colin Kaepernick’s #10For10 initiative. The athlete-turned-activist announced new charitable aid from Jhené Aiko, Chris Brown, and Nick Cannon.
Aiko contributed $10,000 to School On Wheels in Los Angeles which provides academic resources and tutoring for homeless youth. CB also offered $10,000 to the organization, and Kaepernick matched their individual amounts for a total of $30,000.
Additionally, Nick Cannon offered $20,000 for New York City’s Communities United for Police Reform. With Kaepernick’s $10,000 donation, the campaign dedicated to ending discriminatory policing practices will receive $30,000.
#10for10 is part of the Colin Kaepernick Foundation‘s $1 million pledge. The former NFL player has given away $980,000 since 2016.
