(AllHipHop News) NBA Youngboy recently returned home after being incarcerated in Louisiana’s East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
NBA Youngboy was sentenced to three months in jail for violating the terms of his probation when he took to social media to talk “smack” after the shooting, which killed a 43-year-old bystander.
On August 14, NBA Youngboy became a free man.
On Friday (August 30), a probation hearing was held. Now NBA Young Boy can leave the house, but his movements will be determined by the judge.
Acceptable reasons for leaving his crib include going to church, the doctor, and the bank.
However, NBA Youngboy will not be allowed to perform any shows and must remain inside the house at all other times.
In more good news, NBA Youngboy will be allowed to make music with his label Atlantic Records, as long as it is done within the confines of his home studio.
In 2017, NBA Young Boy, real name Kentrell DeSean Gaulden, was sentenced to a 10-year prison term and three years of probation for his connection to a 2016 drive-by shooting.
He ended up pleading guilty for a reduced charge of aggravated assault with a firearm instead of attempted first-degree murder.
NBA Youngboy’s next probation hearing is set for December 13th.
