(AllHipHop News) After the success of “Bodak Yellow,” fans of Cardi B have been patiently waiting for her debut studio album. She first said the project would be released in October but it was ultimately pushed back indefinitely.
Very few details have emerged about Cardi’s first official LP. However, fellow Atlantic Records artist Kehlani talked about her collaboration with the Bronx rapper.
“We have a jam,” Kehlani informed Billboard at the publication’s Women In Music event. “I can say nothing else except she’s incredible, she deserves everything coming to her, she works hard and she’s stayed humble.”
Kehlani was honored with the Rule Breaker award at WIM 2017. The “Distraction” vocalist also earned a Grammy nomination this week for Best R&B Performance. Cardi B is up for two awards at the 60th Grammy ceremony scheduled for January 28, 2018.
