(AllHipHop News) On Tuesday afternoon, Dieuson “Kodak Black” Octave offered not guilty pleas to charges of possession of cannabis and possession of ammunition. This came after authorities dropped possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect charges against Octave last week.
Kodak is being held without bail in Broward County. In January, the Sheriff’s Office raided the Florida rapper’s home after police became aware of a live Instagram broadcast where people were allegedly seen using marijuana and holding a handgun near an infant.
Bradford Cohen, Kodak’s lawyer, insists his client did not own a stolen gun that was found during the arrest at his residence. The “Roll In Peace” performer is set to return to court on May 3.
