The Magic Johnson foundation, created by former NBA all star and Vice President of the Los Angeles Lakers Magic Johnson to uplift down trodden communities, will hold the 20th Annual “A Mid Summer Night’s Magic” in Los Angeles, California.

“We are grateful to the business leaders who remain steadfast in accomplishing significant social objectives and advancing higher education.” Magic Johnson told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “Without them, our efforts would not be possible. These innovative, socially responsible people and corporations contribute to the well-being of society and seek to improve the quality of life for all people.”
The five day event, which will be held from July 13th – 18th, will offer live entertainment from artists such as Ludacris, Faith Evans and Brian McKnight, as well as showcase the skills of both athletes and entertainers in various charity celebrity games.
