(AllHipHop News) Philly rapper Meek Mill may be locked up, but he still has the support of the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles celebrated their win last Sunday, by hitting the field and dancing to Meek’s classic single ‘Dreams and Nightmares.”

The support is mutual, and Meek is unmistakably rooting for the home team, even as he sits behind bars for the next two years on charges he violated his probation.
“I’m so proud of my Eagles for making the Super Bowl and representing the city of Philadelphia,” Meek Mill said in a statement issued from the State Correctional Institution Chester, PA where he is currently incarcerated.
“It really lifted my spirit to hear the team rally around my songs and that’s why I make music – to inspire others and bring people together. But the Eagles have also motivated me with the way they’ve overcome tough situations and injuries to succeed this year,’ the rapper continued.
There’s no question Meek would have been in Minnesota and on the field to watch the big game since the Eagles have also been practicing to Meek’s#### record “House Party”
But he still plans to watch The Eagles take on the New England Patriots on February 4th on a TV in his jail cell.
“I’m confident my guys are going to beat the Patriots and bring the Super Bowl trophy to Philly,” Meek predicted.
