The rapper Offset from The Migos has been hit with additional charges while already imprisoned.
Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was charged with battery and causing a riot in a penal institution after he allegedly caused a fight while housed at the Bulloch County Jail. This happened on Saturday, according to reports States Boro Herald.
Offset’s bond was denied last month due to prior felony convictions.
The 23-year-old rapper was caught on camera from video surveillance in the jail captured the fight,. The other inmate apparently talked to authorities and revealed “visible injury to the right side of the head.”
He’a already been charged with marijuana possession, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, carrying a weapon in a school safety zone, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
