Rappers Reese and Bigalow of Jackson, Mississippi are in the process of legal litigation against Atlanta’s Bone Crusher for allegedly stealing the hit song “Never Scared” from them.
According to sources, the duo recorded a song called “Neva Sked” that featured Bone Crusher and Killer Mike, who also appeared on the latter version as well. Reese and Bigalow charge that their verses were removed, replaced by T.I. and released commercially under the Arista/So So Def banner.
They are now seeking legal action against So So Def CEO Jermaine Dupri, who signed Bone Crusher, Avery Johnson, who produced both tracks and the chart-topping artist.
The Mississippi pair is currently recording a reply record called “Bonafied Pros,” which discusses the alleged jack move.
At press time, reps for Bone Crusher weren’t available for comment. In the meantime, the hefty rapper can be found on the Rock The Mic tour with 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes.
