Ol
Dirty’s
court case has been switched, due to scheduling conflicts. The
date has been pushed from October 27th to Nov. 17. Kevin Barnes,
who is Ol Dirt’s lawyer, had a scheduling conflict with another
client, and filed the motion to have the date rescheduled in Beverly
Hills. Ol Dirty has pleaded not guilty to three felony counts
of terrorist threats stemming from a Sept. 16 ruckus at the House
of Blues in West Hollywood, California. If he is convicted he
faces up to four years in the joint.
