(AllHipHop News) Puma Hoops linked with J. Cole’s Dreamville Records for a special edition of the Clyde Hardwood basketball silhouette. The two brands previously worked together on the PUMA x Dreamville Clyde ROTD3 which debuted at the Day N Vegas festival earlier this month.
A description of the Clyde Hardwood Dreamville reads:
While designed to pay tribute to PUMA’s rich basketball history from the days of Walt “Clyde” Frazier on the court in the ‘70s, the shoe is made to include today’s performance technology, resulting in a perfect court to street hybrid shoe. Key features include vintage materials and old school design lines, while the on-court performance of the shoe includes engineered lacing systems, ProFoam cushioning midsole, and a specially-tuned traction pattern for the court.
Puma Hoops signee Kyle Kuzma of the Los Angeles Lakers premiered the sneakers in a basketball game against the Golden State Warriors. The Clyde Hardwood Dreamville retails for $120 and will be available exclusively online at Footlocker.com beginning November 22.
The German apparel company has been building relationships with numerous Hip Hop representatives. Besides Dreamville Records, Puma partnered with Meek Mill, Nipsey Hussle, G-Eazy, and YBN Cordae.
