(AllHipHop News) Meek Mill’s chances to remove a judge who he claims was attempting to extort him, continues to fade.

The rapper claimed Judge Genece Brinkley demanded he drop Roc Nation management, in addition to re-recording a Boyz II Men song in her honor.

Although the transcripts of the alleged requests remain sealed, sources familiar with the matter told Philly.com there was a shortlived F.B.I. investigation, but it was initiated at the request of Meek Mill.

But any further inquiries into Judge Genece Brinkley’s dealings with Meek ended abruptly, after the F.B.I. suggested for Meek to wear a wire and record the judge.

According to Philly.com , the rapper refused the request, which ended any possible investigation into Judge Genece Brinkley’s alleged wrongdoing surrounding Meek’s case.

Lawyers are still fighting Judge Brinkley’s latest decision to keep the rapper locked up for the next 2-4 years for violating the terms of his probation for a 2008 drug and gun case.

Meek is currently being housed at the State Correctional Facility in Chester, as his lawyers continue their war with Judge Brinkley in an appeal of her ruling to Superior Court.
