(AllHipHop News) In collaboration with the craft breweries Interboro of New York, Pipeworks of Chicago, and J. Wakefield of Miami, Run The Jewels will release their second craft beer. The February arrival of the Panther Like A Panther Stout follows 2017’s award-winning Stay Gold IPA.
2018 will also see the release of the Legend Has It Pilsner in April and the Down Double IPA in October. Additionally, RTJ is partnering with Berlin’s BRLO craft brewery to create a CBD-infused version of the Legend Has It Pilsner which is set to hit Europe on 4/20.
Each beer is named after a song from Killer Mike and El-P’s Run the Jewels 3 album. Their RTJ3 track “Legend Has It” was also featured in The Black Panther ad campaign for Lexus. The commercial premiered during Super Bowl LII.
Beginning March 1, Run The Jewels will join Lorde for the New Zealand singer’s 6-week North American tour. They recently appeared on BOOTS’ “Delete Delete” with Cristin Milioti as well.
