(AllHipHop News) Throughout his three-decade career in music, Snoop Dogg has seen three projects (Doggystyle, Tha Doggfather, Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told) hit #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The 46-year-old pop culture icon achieved another milestone this week by leading the Top Gospel Albums chart.
Snoop Dogg Presents: Bible of Love opened with 5,000 first-week equivalent album units. The double-disc LP features Charlie Wilson, Marvin Sapp, K-Ci, Patti LaBelle, Faith Evans, Fred Hammond, Kim Burrell, The Clark Sisters, and more.
Fellow rappers Lecrae, Andy Mineo, Trip Lee, and KB have reached the top spot on the Top Gospel Albums chart too. Lecrae’s catalog features six Number Ones for that tally.
