Usher Talks Sharing The Stage With The Notorious B.I.G. For The First Time (VIDEO)

THE R&B SUPERSTAR CHATS WITH MONTREALITY

(AllHipHop News) Some music fans may not be aware that early on in Usher Raymond’s career the R&B superstar was trained under the tutelage of Sean “Puffy” Combs. Before Usher was even old enough to drive, the “Confessions” crooner was sharing stages with Puff’s flagship Bad Boy Records artist The Notorious B.I.G.

Montreality caught up with Usher, and the Grammy-winning singer recalled the first time he ever performed with Biggie. The show took place back before either future chart topper became diamond selling musicians.

“The first time I had ever been on stage, I was on stage with Biggie. This is back when he had his song ‘Party & Bullsh*t’,” says Usher. “There was a scene where everybody used to break into this brawl on stage. Big was there, Puff was there, Craig Mack was there, and I was there. I just happened to be 14 then.”
