Wu-Tang Clan
and Afromanwere winners of High Times magazine’s Doobie Award.
The 2nd annual show, which was scheduled for September
12th at the Wetlands in New York City, was canceled
due to the terrorist acts the day before. Afroman, who
won Pot Song Of The Year was scheduled to perform at
the show. Wu-Tang Clan won Best Hip-Hop Album for their
LP, The W.
The single,
"Because I Got High," has sold over 2 million
copies in the United States along. Afroman’s album,
The Good Times broke into the top 10, at the
10 spot in its second week of release. Afroman was recently
added to Cypress Hill’s Smoke Out Tour as well as his
