Frank Vincent and Wu-Tang’s Raekwon will star in Lucky Man, which will explore black and Italian-American subcultures in Brooklyn and Staten Island. Wu-Tang manager Power will executive produce the soundtrack. Ruvin Orbach will write and direct the film based on his short of the same name.
