(AllHipHop News) Rap star XXXtentacion is fighting to keep his reputation as clean as he possibly can, in a new lawsuit the rapper has filed against a woman who claims he struck her.
A woman posted a video last month on social media showing XXXtentacion punching a woman on the side of the head, with the text “I hate this n##ga” across it.
Prosecutors in XXX’s domestic violence case said they were looking at the video and trying to determine when it was recorded, based on the length of the rapper’s hair.
The rapper is going on the offensive, with a lawsuit claiming the girl’s grandparents are attempting to extort him for $300,000.
The woman allegedly threatened that she would hold a press conference to expose the rapper as a woman beater unless he complied with the demands for cash.
The “Look At Me!” hitmaker is facing 15 new felony charges for what prosecutors consider to be witness tampering by trying to get his girlfriend to not testifying against him.
The rapper, born Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, is suing for fraud and defamation of character.
