(AllHipHop News) Houston, Texas rap legend Z-RO may have retired, and he is already spending a portion of his time behind bars.

According to reports, Z-RO has been charged with beating his ex-girlfriend, for over two-hours straight.

Harris County Police claim the incident happened in April, when the rapper assaulted his ex-girlfriend, Just Brittany.

According to TMZ.com, Z-RO was hit with aggravated felony assault charges today (July 26), and is currently being held without bond.

Z-RO recently dropped his final album No Love Boulevard.
