The video battle is back like it never left!
This week, the battle does what it is supposed to do: presents different sectors of Hip-Hop and lets the fans vote on what visual masterpiece they like the best.
This week, we offer four acts that bring posse cuts with varying degrees of heat for your computer.
DRAKE FEATURING EMINEM, LIL WAYNE, DRAKE – “FOREVER”
This would seem to be a shut out battle with the likes of Eminem, Drake, Lil Wayne and Kanye on one track. But, as a video, “Forever” is the lead single on the Lebron James movie “More Than A Game,” which is in theatres in October. Also, it should be noted that Hype Williams produced the video, which is reminiscent of his classic video from the 90’s. So, does this modern day posse cut hold up with all the explosions and Eminem’s magnificent “dumb out” carry this basketball-themed videoover the top?

JADAKISS – FEATURING EVE, THE LOX, DMX AND SWIZZ BEATZ – “WHO’S REAL”
We weren’t going to let Drake and company get away with being the only “posse cut” here is the rap battle! Jadakiss re-forms Voltron with the Ruff Ryderz. Eve, Styles P, Sheek, Swizz and the dog DMX. This one is classic double R. We’re not going to talk much…just watch it!
RICK ROSS and TRIPLE C’S featuring BIRDMAN – “GO”
Will Rick Ross ever stop? Can he be stopped may be a more appropriate question. The Bawse and his Triple C cohorts have quite a lot to prove and “Go” doesn’t disappoint. The video looks like it could be a scene from “Fast and Furious: Miami.” Gunplay and Torch support Ross’ lyrical efforts and Birdman plays clean up. This video is very glossy and ready for your favorite network to play. Check it out!
AFFION CROCKETT (FAKE JAY-Z, KANYE, & CHRIS BROWN) – “HUNT CHRIS BROWN”
This is a funny one and a different contender than we are accustomed to seeing. Affion Crockett, a comedian once affiliated with Nick Cannon, has outdone himself this time. He’s created a parody of parodies in “Hunt Chris Brown” with a Rihanna-like character and Crockett himself as Jay-Z, Kanye West and the prey Chris Brown. Hilarious and well-produced. Check it out!
