This is terrible. An elementary school girl in Atlanta got parts of her scalp pulled off in a school bus attack by bullies. The girl’s attackers yanked her tracks out of her head and in some parts took some flesh too. Doctors had to shave the girl’s head and now, her hair may never grow back in some spots.
