Hip-Hop Rumors: Chris Brown Tries To Explain "Me, Drake And Meek Mill Situation"
Chris Brown is on the cover of the latest issue of XXL Magazine. He and Big Sean actually both share their own covers. Breezy appears on his cover with his hand covering half of his face, rocking blinged out bottom grills, a pinky ring, and a nose ring – under the headline “No Apologies.” How fitting. Chris Brown opts to pen his own cover story, and give you his truth straight from his mouth. He touched on a lot of issues, like Rihanna and his temper, but let’s get to the Meek Mill/Drake comment first. Breezy attempted to clarify what happened, but because of “legal issues,” he could only say that they are from different musical genres. Yes, that’s basically what he said. Check out his comments below: “A lot of people wanna know about the whole situation with me, Drake and Meek Mill. At the end of the day, I’m me, they’re them. They rap, I sing. Totally different caliber. I rap, I play around on mixtapes. But our words don’t collide as much as you’d think.” Okay, that’s for clearing that situation up, Breezy..NOT! He kept it completely politically correct on that and didn’t really shed any light on it at all. Breezy was more forthcoming when speaking about his lover, Rihanna: “One thing people often want me to talk about is my public love life. When it comes to my love life, the perception seems as though I am a player. But that’s not true. Love is something I am still learning. It’s just an obstacle that I haven’t yet mastered. I think that’s my biggest hurdle in life. I use music or painting as my outlet to get through the confusion. I try to promote positivity and love.” Last weekend, Chris Brown went nuts on a female comedian and told her he wanted to “sh*t in her mouth.” Yuck! I used to use my Twitter account to vent, but now I mostly use it for marketing and promotions. Hip-Hop Rumors: Chris Brown Goes After Drake’s Eyebrows In New Freestyle
Chris Brown has decided to take his beef with Drake to the studio, and has taken a few lyrical jabs on Drake on a freestlye for Chief Keef’s####, “I Don’t Like” featuring Game. This must be a result of the 24-hour session that Game had with Breezy a few nights ago in L.A. – although Tyga was in that session as well, so I don’t know. Would Tyga have stood by while Breezy dissed his labelmate right in front of him? Hmm. Anyway, Brown’s remix goes after Drake’s eyebrows and implies that the YMCMB star is afraid to fight him on-on-one. Hip-Hop Rumors: Is Chris Brown Going To Press Charges Against Drake?
The aftermath of the Chris Brown Vs. Drake “bottle melee” looks to be even messier than the actual altercation itself. Chris Brown’s rep released a statement to CNN that implies that Breezy is pursuing his options to press assault charges on Drake. Check out the statement below: Brown, his model girlfriend Karrueche Tran and other friends “sustained several injuries,” Brown rep Jeff Raymond said. “Chris and his party are cooperating with New York authorities who are pursuing this incident further.” TMZ is reporting that Breezy has already spoken to detectives and has presented evidence showing that Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors. Chris is not currently a suspect, but rather “a witness and a victim.” Drake, who reportedly started the whole thing by putting his middle finger in Chris’ face while saying, “I’ma whoop that ass,” had his rep release a statement yesterday saying that he had nothing to do with the physical altercation. Drake has also been “cooperating” with authorities, but we do not know if he has spoken to cops – it appears his representatives have had conversations with detectives. Cops say that Drake is currently not a suspect. In related news, photos of a woman who was injured in the “bottle melee” have been released by TMZ, and she looks a hot bloody mess. Hip-Hop Rumors: Footage Of The Chris Brown Vs. Drake Altercation Surfaces
Shaky footage from the NYC club where Chris Brown and Drake had their altercation last night has surfaced. In the footage, you can see Chris Brown’s security guard, Big Pat, getting cracked in the head with a bottle. Club security then comes over and escorts him out of the VIP cabana. The footage isn’t very high quality, but it does show you a little bit of what happened last night. Who was the girl going crazy in the video? Could it have been Chris Brown’s girlfriend, Karrueche? In related news, Chris Brown has sent his first tweet out since the deleted tweets about the incident early this morning and has come out to defend Meek Mill! Check out his tweet below: Well, Iguess Meek Mill was telling the truth when he said he wasn’t involved. This story has more twists and turns than a roller coaster.
