Snoop’s Son Gets Scholarship Offer from UCLA

(AllHipHop News) West Coast Hip-Hop legend, Snoop Dogg, is a proud father, as his son was offered a scholarship to UCLA’s football program recently. While his son Cordell Broadus is still a sophomore at Diamond Bar High School, the young footballer is listed at 6’2″, 185 lbs and is expected to lead his team this fall. “We’re expecting him to really lead us the next three years,” Diamond Bar High School football coach Ryan Maine explained to ESPN LA. “Hopefully [our athletes] get bigger , stronger and keep leading this team.” This is the second high profile offering from UCLA this off-season, as Hip-Hop mogul Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, is expected to attend UCLA this fall after his highly publicized signing with UCLA Combs looks to turn things around for UCLA this season as the Bruins have struggled over the last few years. Last year the Bruins won six games, competing in the Pac-12 championship only to lose to Oregon.  The Bruins did make it to a bowl game, but came up short losing to Illinois in the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl
