It would appear that Golden Boy Promotions is betting big on Los Angeles boxing prospect Julian Ramirez.  With a perfect record of 15-0, with 8 of those wins via KO, Ramirez is set to fight his greatest opponent yet as the headliner against Chris “the S.D.
