You know how it is when you’re on hold for five hours with customer service but you don’t actually get any real help, right? Well, most of us probably have some choice words that we keep in our heads but every now and then some of us snap. That’s what happen with one poor unhappy soul who let a customer service rep have it. Apparently this man had been on the phone for three hours trying to reach a woman named Michelle but he kept getting the run around and went all the way off. His rant was an epic win for anyone who has experienced this type of frustration but an epic fail for the customer service rep who clearly didn’t know what he was getting into, and for anyone else who works in customer service and deals with irate customers on a daily basis.
