On Friday, Lyor Cohen was rush to the hospital after suffering from pulmonary embolism, a blockage of an artery in the lungs According to Complex, the well known music executive was hospitalized all weekend, with his son posting several clips of Cohen recovering from the very scary incident that followed his attendance at this year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY. Cohen stated that he included regularly exercise in his daily schedule, and also that he wouldn’t have survived if he checked into the hospital when he did. “If it wasn’t for my son, and my best friend Norm, I would have been a goner… There’s actually nothing I could do. Anybody could get it. It’s a little blood clot that goes right up the body into the lungs and heart. Lyor Cohen is expected to check out of the hospital soon.
