(AllHipHop News) Gucci Mane’s altercation with a woman in Atlanta in 2011 will cost him over six figures in punitive damages. A judge has ordered Gucci to pay almost $60,000 to a woman named Diana Graham, who was pushed out of the rapper’s moving Hummer in January of 2011, after she refused a proposition for sex. In October of 2011, Gucci Mane pled guilty and eventually served six months in jail for his role in the incident. Graham eventually sued Gucci for mental anguish, pain and emotional distress. TMZ.com reports that Graham won a default judgment, because Gucci Mane failed to show up in court, in addition to submitting false testimony. If Gucci Mane does not settle the debt, Diana Graham has a court order that allows her to seize the rappers assets, including bank accounts, cars to settle the debt.
