Hip-Hop Rumors: Is Mariah Carey Cheating On Nick Cannon With A Famous Singer?
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon seem to have a strong relationship, even more so after the birth of their twins, daughter, Monroe, and son, Roc. Unfortunately, there are rumors circulating about the strength of their marriage, and there seems to be trouble in paradise. According to the National Enquirer, Nick Cannon is extremely jealous about his wife’s relationship with singer Lenny Kravitz, and things came to a head when Mariah posted a photo of her and Lenny on her Twitter page. Along with the photo, Mariah urged her fans to reach out to the producers of “Idol” to get Lenny hired. Mariah told Nick to relax because Lenny probably wouldn’t even consider doing the show,” said the source. But Nick told her,”That’s not the point! I know how you feel about him!” Another source has confirmed that Mariah and Lenny have had a crush on each other for a few years, but would never act on their emotions. Nick Cannon is allegedly not taking any chances, and has allegedly ordered his wife to stay away form Lenny. Mariah is a true diva. Do you think she will respect Nick’s wishes?

Raphael Saadiq Named One of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People
It’s official. TIME has named soul singer Raphael Saadiq to the 2012 “TIME 100”, the magazine’s annual list of the 100 most influential people in the world. For over a quarter century, soul singer Raphael Saadiq has been on the music scene. Saadiq began his career as a member of legendary R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné! in 1988, when they first arrived on the scene. It was just two years later when they scored their first Top 10 hit on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 with “Feels Good”. Saadiq later branched out and went solo, first appearing on the Higher Learning soundtrack in 1995, with “Ask Of You.” A few years later, he released his first solo album, 2002’s Instant Vintage. In 2011, Saadiq released his highest charting album on the Billboard 200, Stone Rollin’. The album spawned three singles, “Radio”, “Good Man” and “Stone Rollin’”. Who can forget the moving, you-must-watch-this, visual that accompanied the “Good Man” single? Now, he’s joining Lenny Kravitz on his European and North American Tours. The full “TIME 100” list and related tributes appear in the April 30 issue of TIME, available on newsstands on today and now at time.com/time100.
