Roscoe Dash Says Kanye West Didn’t Give Him Credit on “Cruel Summer” Tracklisting

(AllHipHop News) Atlanta rapper and songwriter Roscoe Dash recently took to Twitter to voice his displeasure with not being named in the credits on Kanye West’s newly released G.O.O.D. music compilation, Cruel Summer. Roscoe voiced his opinion on the social media site, proclaiming that he deserved credit for the track “To the World”, and that he also wrote the hook to Wale and Miguel’s #1 hit song, “Lotus Flower Bomb”. In the rant on Twitter, Roscoe referenced an interview that Kanye West released on YouTube. [youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AASuNLtz45A&w=560&h=315] “Everybody go get the G.O.O.D album and listen to #1 then watch @kanyewest interview … & tell me y I’m not on the credits,” Roscoe tweeted. After several hours of comments from fans, and after setting the blog world on fire with his incendiary statements, Roscoe decided to clarify that he solely wrote the hook on the Wale song, and not the whole song itself. “After getting off the phone with @wale I feel like I need to clarify I WROTE THE HOOK for “lotus flowerbomb” not his verses,” Roscoe clarified. West has yet to comment on the situation. See Roscoe’s Twitter timeline below:
