No, the two were not doing Palates together; they were actually shooting a commercial for 50’s Street King energy drink. The 30-second commercial will feature a group of surprise celebrities with the premise focused on 50 Cent lending a helping hand to help Joan Rivers get her energy back. “I tried to put together the odd team, not the A-team,” said 50 Cent. “It has a lot of different layers to it for something that has to happen in 30 seconds.” In related news, 50 Cent just announced on Twitter he will be working with DJ Drama on a Gangsta Grillz mixtape called The Lost Tape.
