In his first official single since 2009’s Under, former Pretty Ricky front man Marcus Cooper has released a video from his upcoming sophomore debut titled “I Lovee Girls”. The original, which features YMCMB rapper Tyga, finds the two dishing on the types of women they both enjoy dating. This is the first, official single from his self-titled sophomore album. Cooper was never charged, and the case has since disappeared from public enlightenment. Since then, he has been quietly releasing music; however, none ever led to an album or mixtape release. In 2010, Cooper earned three Grammy nominations for his debut album The Introduction of Marcus Cooper, including Best Male R&B Vocal Performance and Best Contemporary R&B Album.

Pretty Ricky’s – Spectacular Readies Solo Debut
(AllHipHop News) Spectacular from the platnium selling group Pretty Ricky is preparing his first solo effort, along with a new album from the group. “Right now we’re working on my solo project, it’s the main focus right now,” Spectacular told AllHipHop.com. “Pretty Ricky album is next, Blue Stars 2. We just going to keep grinding, getting it in the studio, it’s pretty much the same formula.” Although Spectacular’s mixtape is the first of many ventures on his own, he lets everyone know he will not stray to far from his core auidence on his solo debut. “They can expect the Pretty Ricky vibe, really taking it to the next level, it’s the same exact team on the production, we still together,” Spectacular revealed. “If you loved Blue Stars 1, Late Nite Special, the Pretty Ricky album or the new mixtape “Streets in the Sheets: Sex Music Volume 1″ and your a fan of Pretty Ricky in the past your going to love this.” Spectacular is currently pondering different titles for his debut.
