Lil Scrappy's Probation Hearing For "Cold Urine" Pushed Back A Week

(AllHipHop News) As Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta star Lil Scrappy’s difficult love life plays out on television, his legal troubles continue to play out in court. During a probation revocation hearing on Wednesday, prosecutors claim the 28-year-old rapper switched his urine during a drug screening. The drug testing is required under the conditions of Scrappy’s probation from marijuana and gun procession charges in 2008. DeKalb County Superior Court Judge Daniel Coursey decided to reschedule another hearing for next Wednesday so that Scrappy’s urine sample could be processed. Scrappy turned himself in to police last month after his parole officer alleged he provided a drug sample that was cold to the touch, meaning it may have been old urine or someone else’s. Officials claim he was asked to give another test, but he refused. Scrappy was released from jail on April 24th. [ALSO READ: Lil Scrappy Released From Jail] Scrappy gave his side of the story in an interview with Streetz 94.5. “They didn’t even test the pee,” Scrappy told host Rashan Ali. “I said, ‘you can check me or whatever you gotta do.’ He didn’t wanna check me. They said he even proposed to Shay! Flav misses the good old days when they just fell in his lap! Furthermore, they are saying that Scrappy may have fathered Rasheeda’s kid, not her man Kirk. What a mess. Rumor has it Eazy E was plotting to have Suge Knight killed. This is what Jerry Heller, NWA’s manager charged. I wonder what Hip-Hop would look like today if that happened. Wow! Angelina Jolie underwent a preventive double mastectomy just so she may not get cancer later in life. Her mother fought cancer and died fairly young and Angela has almost a 90% chance of getting it. Beyonce has cancelled a show today in Belgium because of dehydration and exhaustion. These singers work hard, mannnnnnn…. Wow…no Chris Brown or Rihanna rumors!
