Everyone knows that the ’90s were the golden era of R&B, so it only made sense for BET to take us back to the 90′s era of R&B music at the 2014 BET Awards with a surprise performance from some of the top R&B groups. It was all about 90s nostalgia! R&B group Troop kicked off the unforgettable set with their song “All I Do Is Think Of You.” Color Me Badd followed with their straight to the point classic “I Wanna Sex You Up.” And, Silk closed the throwback set with their baby-making bedroom banger “Freak Me.” Imagine if Jodeci (who was allegedly asked), Boyz II Men, H-Town, Shai etc were added to this amazing medley.
