Dropping Pounds With Cipha Sounds: Foundation

What up fat smashers, Cipha Sounds here trying to get healthy and help you get healthy.  So now I’m up to the third chapter of the Dr.  Ian Smith’s Fat Smash book, which is called “Foundation.”  Now that I detoxed and got all the crap out of my body, I now have to learn how to build my foundation over from scratch and learn how to eat to live. There are a lot more things I can now eat, which is good, but I got to remember not to over do it – and I can’t slip and start eating the bad things again. I’m happy that I can now eat some fish, some chicken and some steak.I definitely saw a change in my face and my body after the detox but I’ve still got a ways to go.  All this “more eating” just adds more calories, and more calories just adds more things to get rid of. To complete the process… I gotta hit the gym.  Now, the gym is probably my least favorite place in the world. Its soooo boring, and I just can’t seem to get the hang of it. But I will admit, it is a lot easier since I have been eating better. I usually run on the elliptical for about 30 min (the treadmill hurts my knees). When I’m done with that, I hit up some crunches, but that hurts my neck (yeah I know, I’m a mess in the gym). I’m gonna start lifting weights this week. Building muscle actually burns fat away, so I guess I will give it a twirl. I actually want to get some advice from some people reading this. I need some help with some tactics on how to make the gym a little more exciting. I’ve tried an iPod, I have a Zune player with TV shows and movies, I try to clean my emails out of my blackberry… I still just keep looking at the counter and seeing only seconds go by when it feels like minutes.Maybe I need to meditate or something… help me out. Let’s get it right, get it tight.  Cipha Sounds signing off and wishing all y’all happy fat smashing. Now I have to go eat one of my five small meals a day… I’m so sick of lettuce.Peace! You can find out everything you want to know about Cipha Sounds at www.myspace.com/ciphasounds and learn more about Dr. Ian Smith’s Fat Smash Diet at www.doctoriansmith.com
