Sheek is a gorilla aka he’s a beast. After years in the game as a formative member of The LOX, Sheek has probably seen some of the wildest nights that that Hip-Hop has ever seen. Can you imagine partying with Biggie and Diddy back in the day? Either way, the homie has an album, Silverback Gorilla 2 that released earlier this month on (Dec 4th).
It’s his first album via Tommy Boy Entertainment (Ghostface Killah, Method Man) and it features the grit and grime that Sheek and Lox fans know and love featuring verses from friends and touring cohorts Jadakiss, Styles P, Ghostface Killah, Fabolous, Pusha T, Swizz Beatz, A$AP Ferg and Raheem DeVaughn among others.
In addition to recent performances at the 2015 BET Awards in honor of Bad Boy’s 20th Anniversary, Radio City Music Hall with The LOX & Hot 97 Summer Jam, Sheek just finished up a European tour with The LOX and is currently prepping for more dates this winter with Ghostface and Diddy for the Bad Boy Family Tour (with three dates already confirmed).
