Leviston filed the suit against 50 in 2010. She accuses the rap mogul of posting an edited sex tape of her and a man named Maurice Murray without her permission in order to get revenge on the father of her child Rick Ross. 50 and Ross were in a well publicized rap feud at the time.

50 admits to doctoring the 13-minute tape to include himself performing as the character “Pimpin’’ Curly.” While Murray’s face was blurred, Leviston could be identified. 50 refers to her as “Brooke” as his mocks her and Ross.

“They thought I was bullsh***ing. I ain’t bullsh***ing no more man. One minute and thirty seconds n***a. You see the tape,” 50 can be heard saying in the clip. “I want you to watch this on your motherf***ing tour bus Ricky. Now how the f**k you gonna say you a boss and you run a motherf**king crew and can’’t even control your b***hes?”

50 denied posting the clip to the net in a sworn deposition.
