DRE IS DROPPING NEW MUSIC SOONER THAN WE THINK

Dr. Dre has a new project on the way, but it’s not Detox. 

While chopping it up with Power 99’s DJ Mikey Dredd in Philly, Ice Cube revealed that besides the Straight Outta Compton soundtrack, Dr. Dre is dropping an album of his own inspired by the N.W.A biopic. Fans won’t have to wait years either. According to Ice Cube, the Aftermath CEO is dropping a single and the album in August.

“He’s dropping something on August 1st…It’s mega, it’s Dr. Dre, it’s what everybody’s been waiting for,” Cube said. “It’s definitely a dope record, and he’s dropping it all on the same day.”
