Formerly associated with Meek Mill’s Dreamchasers camp, Philadelphia-based rapper Louie V Gutta ends his brief hiatus with his highly anticipated, 5-track EP, “The Life of Lu Lu.” The project is solely Gutta, no features, with production by Beat Mechanics and Slick Go Ham.
