Run The Jewels: RTJ3 Delivers Pure Uncut Hip-Hop

(AllHipHop Music) When you think about Hip-Hop, what do you think about? The MC? The DJ? Original content? Killer
Mike and El-P bring it all home and then some on their third Run The Jewels album. RTJ3 offers nearly everything one could never hope to love about Hip-Hop. They have the chemistry of classic duos like EPMD and Run DMC, but a decidedly more chaotic vibe with frenetic beats. Furthermore, they have political commentary, thought-provoking lyrics and a completely different vibe than the rest of the Rap community. While 2016 was a tough year, the music offered some solace. Run The Jewels help conclude one year and get he next started off right. Highlights include “Panther Like A Panther,” “Down,” “Hey Kids” with collaborations with Trina, Joi, Danny Brown, Tunde Adebimpe and BOOTS.
