(AllHipHop News) Martin Shkreli, the pharmaceutical magistrate, has offered Kanye West $10 million for the exclusive rights to his new album The Life Of Pablo.
Shkreli made the offer over Twitter and implored West to respond in kind.
The controversial business man may just have another motive: To Upset Fans.
“Kanye and his label are legally required to take my offer letter to their Board of Directors,”Shkreli said. “This should delay the album by a few days.”
