Rapper/mogul Sean “Jay-Z” Carter has been confirmed as the headline artist for the Glastonbury Festival in the U.K this June. According to reports, organizers of the world famous festival confirmed today (February 1) that they wanted to try something radically different for this year’s three-day festival, in order to attract a younger audience. In order to purchase a ticket to the festival, which takes place from June 27th-29th, fans must register first, but registration alone will not guarantee a ticket to the festival, which is expected to draw over 175,000 people. Tickets to The Glastonbury Festival go on sale April 6.
