Andre 3000 To Star In New Musical

Outkast member Andre “Andre 3000” Benjamin has been tapped to star in and produce a new untitled musical. Benjamin has partnered with Double Feature Films, the company that helped produce “Be Cool,” to produce the musical, which will focus on a man with magical powers. In addition to producing, the chart-topping rapper will also provide original music for the unnamed film. "We’re going back to the heyday of Hollywood, in that they’ll be singing and dancing in the action,” Double Feature’s Michael Shamberg told Variety. Next, Benjamin will appear in “Revolver” as well as John Singleton’s “Four Brothers.”
