(AllHipHop News) Surviving UGK member Bun B will team with Pimp C’s widow for this year’s annual Chad ‘Pimp C’ Butler Hip Hop, Health & Wellness Festival. The event, which is now in its third year, offers HIV/STD testing immunization shots and other services to benefit the local Houston community. This year, there will be a Pimp C memorial exhibit, an art show and a raffle of a Wii video console. The Pimp C Health Fair, which is in its third year, was started by the late rapper’s wife Chinara, to continue his legacy. “Chad was a REAL Underground King, and believed in helping those less fortunate,” Chinara Butler told AllHipHop.com. “This event embodies what he was all about.” The 3rd Annual Chad ‘Pimp C’ Butler Hip Hop, Health & Wellness Festival takes place this Saturday (December 10), from 2p-6p. This year’s event will be held at the Fifth Ward Multi Service Center in the historic 5th Ward of Houston. Pimp C died in a Los Angeles hotel room on December 4, 2007. A coroner rules that the death was a combination of a drug overdose, along with sleep apnea.
