Chris Rock Reveals The Release Date For Rick Ross’ “Rather You Than Me” Album (VIDEO)

THE COMEDIC LEGEND CALLS ROZAY “THE GREATEST RAPPER ALIVE”

(AllHipHop News) The MMG boss is ready to return with new music.

Rick Ross’ 9th studio album, Rather You Than Me, is set for release next month.

The announcement came via comedic legend Chris Rock’s Instagram page.

“I wanna say wassup to my man Ricky Ross, Ricky Rozay. The greatest rapper alive. He’s got a new album coming out called Rather You Than Me that drops March 17th with the hit single ‘I Think She Like Me’ featuring Ty Dolla Sign,” said Rock in an IG clip.

Ross further confirmed the date in a tweet.

Rather You Than Me is the follow-up to 2015’s Black Market, and it will be Rozay’s first LP released on Epic Records.

Last year, the Miami native spoke about making the move from Def Jam to Epic.

“[Epic CEO L.A. Reid] always understood my vision and my creative; every time I came in his office, we sat down and discussed different approaches,” explained Ross. “We always ended up on the same page and we always won big. And at the end of the day, that’s what I based the decision on.”
