DaBaby’s Artist Stunna 4 Vegas Gets Label Sued Over Sneaker Store Brawl

Rap star DaBaby just launched his Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment record label, and he’s already being sued.

(AllHipHop News) According to a new lawsuit, DaBaby’s artist Stunna 4 Vegas is being sued for beating up a guy named Courtney Thompson, inside of the Flight Club store in Manhattan on July 22.

Thompson’s lawsuit claims he was shopping in the store, when Stunna 4 Vegas, born Khalick Antonio Caldwell and several men supposedly employed by Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment started beating and stomping on Thompson.

Courtney Thompson claims he needed stitches from the beatdown and also has permanent scarring as a result of the one-sided fight.

Although the Charlotte rapper is not named in the lawsuit, Courtney Thompson made it clear the “Suge” rapper sanctioned this type of behavior from his “employees.”

“The principals and agents of Defendant Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment, LLC, including Defendant Caldwell, regularly boast publicly about paying others to commit acts of violence on their behalf,” Thompson’s lawsuit reads.

Thompson is suing Stunna 4 Vegas, Michael Awute and DaBaby’s label Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment for unspecified damages.

DaBaby is known for rolling with a crew of vicious bodyguards, who have attacked fans who get to close to the rapper.

In May of 2019, a rapper named Don Trag was beaten into a coma, and in August, DaBaby’s bodyguards pummeled a guy backstage in Des Moines, Iowa.

And in March, DaBaby beat murder charges stemming from a shooting inside of a Walmart in Huntersville, North Carolina.
