Darryl Hall, Cee-Lo Green Link For Live Performance At “Darryl’s House”

(AllHipHop News) Cee Lo Green is teaming with Daryl Hall of Hall & Oates for an episode of the hit series “Live from Daryl’s House.”

Cee Lo will make an appearance on the show, which is an award-winning web series, as well as a nationally syndicated show that features the legendary Daryl Hall performing alongside other notable acts.

Cee Lo and Daryl Hall collaborated on a six-song set that includes Hall & Oates classics like “One on One,” and “I Can’t Go for That (No Can Do).”

The pair also did new renditions of Cee Lo’s singles “Forget You” and “Crazy.”

“It was very flattering to be asked, and to be in the presence of such a great guy, great talent and great voice,” Cee Lo told AllHipHop.com in a statement. “I feel like I’m being recognized for what I’ve accomplished. Daryl made me very comfortable, and that’s when I can do my best. Having him beside me is all the incentive you could ever ask for.”

Daryl, who has hosted acts like Booker T and the MGs, Blind Boys of Alabama, Rob Thomas, Train Smokey Robinson and Todd Rundgren, amongst numerous others, said working with Cee Lo came natural.

“Cee Lo and I performed together like we’ve been doing this all our lives,” added Daryl, who launched the series five years ago, which is now on its 52nd episode.
