(AllHipHop News) The 62nd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on January 26, 2020 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Today (November 20), the Recording Academy announced the nominations for next year’s ceremony.

Best Rap Album is one of the most coveted awards of the Grammys, and the 2019 nominees represent some of the top Hip Hop talents of the year. Dreamville Record’s Revenge of the Dreamers III, Meek Mill’s Championships, 21 Savage’s I Am > I Was, Tyler, The Creator’s Igor, and YBN Cordae’s The Lost Boy were selected as the five most outstanding rap projects released between October 1, 2018 and August 31, 2019.

Cardi B’s Invasion of Privacy won the honor in February. Previous winners also include Kendrick Lamar’s Damn, Chance The Rapper’s Coloring Book, Drake’s Take Care, Kanye West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III, Eminem’s The Eminem Show, OutKast’s Speakerboxxx/The Love Below, Jay-Z’s Vol. 2… Hard Knock Life, and Fugees’ The Score.
