Rapper Eve is in negotiations to star opposite Kevin Bacon in "The Woodsman," an independent drama about pedophilia. The movie, which is being produced by Lee Daniels Entertainment- the company behind the Oscar award winning flick, "Monster’s Ball," focuses on a man who returns to his hometown after 12 years in prison. When he tries to start a new life working at a power plant, he struggles with his past demons, resists the temptations and realizes he is cured of the pedophilia that has haunted him for years. Benjamin Bratt, Kyra Sedgwick, David Alan Grier and Michael Shannon are also slated to appear in the movie. Production begins this month in Eve’s hometown, Philadelphia.
