(AllHipHop News) Nick Cannon has been hit with a class action lawsuit over alleged lost wages.
The former “America’s Got Talent” host has been accused of failing to pay the crew of his new movie “She Ball” overtime.
Almost 100 people involved in the project, including drivers, camera operators, and location managers, have taken issue with late payments.
Mariah Carey’s ex-husband has yet to respond to the suit.
It is unclear what damages the plaintiffs are seeking.
The movie, in which Cannon will star opposite Chris Brown, is set for release next year.
Cannon is also the project’s director.
